Common situations

What changes, problem by problem

Mobile-accessories distributor
The problem
The price list goes out as a PDF on WhatsApp, so competitors and retail buyers see trade prices within a day.
What changes
A branded store anyone can browse, with wholesale prices that unlock only for approved buyers. The list stops leaking.
Apparel wholesaler
The problem
Every new buyer means a phone call, a manual quote, and the same order typed again into a ledger.
What changes
Approvals happen from the phone, and approved buyers order on their own at their own prices, 24×7.
FMCG and kirana supplier
The problem
Retail and wholesale run as two separate lists, so every price change is entered twice and the lists drift apart.
What changes
One catalogue serves open retail prices and gated wholesale prices together. Update stock once and both storefronts stay in sync.

Illustrative situations based on real wholesale workflows, not named customers.
