What is Slaby?
Slaby is an online store builder and back office for Indian retailers and wholesalers. You get a branded store, counter billing that shares its stock, wholesale prices only for buyers you approve, online payments through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, cash on delivery, GST invoices, delivery and returns, with 0% commission on your own store's orders.
What do I need to start?
A Google account (or an email and password), a phone number, your business name and what you sell are enough for the first store. The Free plan is free forever, with no card. Add GST details, a custom domain and your payment gateway when you are ready to use them.
Does Slaby charge a sales commission?
No commission is charged on orders placed through your own storefront. You pay only for the plan capacity and features you choose.
Can buyers pay me by UPI directly?
Yes. Add your UPI ID and switch on UPI at checkout: buyers pay from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app into your own account and share the payment reference. Each order waits under “To verify” until you check your bank app and approve it. For automatic confirmation, connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account.
Can I accept cash on delivery and online payments?
Yes. Connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account for UPI, cards and other online payments — the money settles directly to you. Offer cash on delivery with limits by order value, pincode and buyer, or partial COD with a small online advance.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a Slaby subdomain on every plan, and you can connect your own domain on Starter, Growth & Pro. The store also installs on phones as an app with your logo.
