Copyright, trade mark and unlawful-content notices
Send takedown notices to this address, with the details listed below and proof of your rights:
How to file a complaint
Write to the Grievance Officer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you (email or phone).
- The link to the store, product or page your complaint is about.
- What happened, with dates, order numbers and screenshots where you have them.
- For a copyright or trade mark complaint: proof that you own the right, or are authorised to act for its owner.
- What you would like us to do.
How quickly we respond
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 15 days of receiving them.
- Complaints about intimate images of a person shared without consent, or impersonation in such content, are acted on within 24 hours.
- Court orders and notices from authorised government agencies to remove unlawful content are acted on within 36 hours, or sooner if the order says so, under the IT Rules, 2021.
A problem with an order
Every store on Slaby is an independent seller, and your purchase is with that store. For a problem with an order — delivery, a return, a refund or the product itself — contact the store first: each store shows its own grievance contact on its Policies page. If the store doesn't resolve it, write to us with the details and we will follow up with the store.
Your personal data
To see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, write to the Grievance Officer. If your data is held by a store you bought from, ask that store first — it decides how your data is used — and we will help if it doesn't respond.
Appeals by stores
If we removed a listing or restricted or suspended your store, you can appeal within 15 days by replying to our notice or writing to the Grievance Officer. Someone who didn't make the original decision reviews it.
