Upgrade when you need your own domain, more products or more staff.

Yes. Every new store starts with a 14-day free trial of Lite, and you don't need a card to start. Before the trial ends, choose Lite at ₹299/month, or a bigger plan if you need your own domain, more products or more staff. Your products, orders and settings stay as they are.
What does it cost to run an online store in India?
On Slaby the store itself costs ₹299 a month on Lite (about ₹10 a day), after a 14-day free trial with no card. Budget separately for your payment gateway's fee on each online payment (if you use one), a domain name if you want your own, and courier charges. Slaby adds no commission on your orders.
What does “annual = 2 months free” mean?
Pay yearly and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. On Growth that's ₹19,990/year instead of ₹23,988. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
What if I send more emails or store more files than my plan includes?
Nothing stops working — order and other store emails are never blocked. Every plan includes a monthly email and storage allowance (Lite: 100 emails and 500 MB). On a paid plan, anything over is added to your next invoice: ₹100 per 1,000 extra emails, charged per email, and ₹99 per 25 GB of extra storage per month. Nothing is charged for extras during the free trial.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never on your own storefront's orders. Online payments settle straight into your own Razorpay or Cashfree account; you pay a flat subscription and keep 100% of every sale.
Is counter billing (POS) included?
Yes, on every paid plan: Lite, Starter, Growth and Pro. Bill walk-in customers at your shop on a phone, tablet or PC from the same stock as your online store, with barcode scanning, cash, UPI, card or udhaar, and printed or WhatsApp bills. Plans differ in products and staff logins, not in counter billing.
Does Slaby create GST invoices for online orders?
Yes. Turn on GST, add your GSTIN and set HSN codes and rates on your products, and every order gets a GST invoice PDF. Slaby applies CGST and SGST within your state and IGST across states. It does not file GST returns or create e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, so share invoices with your accountant as usual.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your catalogue, customers and orders as CSV from your admin at any time. No lock-in.
