- Can each size have its own stock?
- Yes. Sizes and colours are variants of one product, and each variant has its own stock count, so an 'M' can be sold out while 'L' is still available.
- How do buyers know which size to choose?
- Upload one size chart for the store and a 'View size chart' link appears beside the sizes on every product. Mention the model's height and size on worn photos as well; buyers use both.
- Can I sell stitched and unstitched versions of the same design?
- Yes. Add 'stitched' and 'unstitched' as an option on the product, each with its own price and stock.
- Can buyers exchange for a different size?
- Yes, if you allow exchanges. Within the return window you set, buyers request an exchange from their order page and you approve or decline each request.
- Who pays for the courier on an exchange?
- You decide. Offer a return pickup with a pickup charge, make pickup free when the mistake was yours, or ask buyers to send the parcel back themselves.
- Can I mark sale pieces as non-returnable?
- Yes. Mark a product as final sale and it cannot be returned for size or a change of mind. Items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong can still be returned.
- Can buyers send measurements for custom tailoring?
- Switch on 'Allow requirement notes & photos' on the tailored product. Buyers signed in to your store can then add their measurements or a reference photo to the item, and it stays with the order.
- Can I show how the fabric moves?
- Yes. Add a short video to the product gallery alongside the photos; it plays on the product page.
- Can I sell to other boutiques at trade prices?
- Yes. Approve them as wholesale buyers and they see trade prices and minimum quantities that retail buyers never see, from the same catalogue.
