Emails & order alerts
Branded emails to your buyers, instant new-order alerts to your team, and who receives what.
Emails your buyers receive
Buyers get an email when they place an order (for online payments, once the payment is confirmed), as the order moves along, when a pending online payment expires, when their trade access is approved and when a refund is processed. They can also have their GST invoice emailed with the PDF attached.
Every email carries your store's name and logo, and a buyer's reply goes to your store's contact email — not to Slaby. Depending on your plan, a small "Powered by Slaby" link appears at the foot.
Alerts for your team
Turn on new-order emails and your team is told the moment an order is placed — items, total, payment method and delivery address. A separate switch covers buyer cancellations and return requests. Payments you need to refund are always emailed, whatever the switches say.
Choose who receives alerts in Settings → Notifications: your team's admin addresses or your store's contact email. A daily cap stops a burst of orders from flooding an inbox.
Cart reminders
A cart left untouched for the time you set can trigger one reminder email — only to buyers who agreed to marketing emails.
