Your dashboard: what needs you today
The first screen after you sign in: orders waiting for you, your setup checklist, the last 14 days of sales and the key numbers. A counter-only store sees today's sales, bills, cash in the drawer, udhaar due and low stock instead.
What the dashboard is for
The dashboard is your morning check. It tells you what is waiting for you and how sales are going. Every tile is a link: tap it to open the page behind the number.
What you see depends on your plan. A store with a website sees online orders and setup steps. A store on the Billing plan (counter only, no website) sees "Today at the counter".
A tile you don't have permission for, or that your store doesn't use, is simply not shown.
Start your day in 4 steps
- 1
Clear the Order inbox
Dashboard → Order inbox
Tap any queue with a number: To verify (UPI proofs), COD to accept (if your store asks for it), To pack or To ship. It opens Orders on that queue, with the next action on each row.
- 2
Finish a setup step
Dashboard → setup checklist
Until your store is set up, a checklist shows the next steps: add products (or import your price list), create a category, approve your first buyer (wholesale stores), add your logo and colour, set up GST and invite a teammate. Each step opens the right page.
- 3
Look at the Revenue trend
The chart shows the last 14 days, one point per day. Hover or tap a day for its sales and number of orders. For longer periods open Analytics.
- 4
Check the tiles
Orders, Revenue, Products, Pending access requests and Approved customers. Pending access requests above 0 means buyers are waiting to see your wholesale prices.
Order inbox
The four queues are the same as on the Orders page. A highlighted tile has work in it; a grey one with 0 is all clear.
COD to accept shows only when "Accept each COD order first" is on in Settings → Cash on delivery.
The inbox shows only to staff with the "View orders" permission.
The setup checklist
The checklist counts the steps you have done, for example "3 of 6". It disappears when every required step is done.
Some stores also see "Add your Instagram handle", marked Optional. It doesn't count towards the total.
After moving from the Billing plan to a website plan, a one-time "set up your website" list shows instead: what to show online, a look, your contact details and sharing the link. Tap Done to hide it for good.
Today at the counter (Billing plan)
A counter-only store sees today's figures instead, with "Open counter billing" at the top.
Until you have done all three, "Get billing in 3 steps" shows the start steps: add your items, open the till, and start billing.
- Today's sales and Bills today: from the day book. Tap to open it.
- Cash in drawer: what should be in the open till right now.
- Udhaar due: what customers owe you, for staff who can see bills.
- Low or out of stock: items running low. "Running low" lists their names.
- Top items today: names and quantities sold today.
- "Add an online store" shows the plans if you want a website too. Your items, stock and customers come with you.
Get the apps
The "Get the apps" card helps you install your admin on your phone and computer, and share your store app with customers. Tap "Set up apps", or "Hide this card" if you don't need it.

Common questions
- Why is my Revenue different from Analytics?
- The dashboard tile is all time, from the item subtotal. Analytics uses the period you pick and includes tax when GST is on.
- Why don't I see the Order inbox?
- It needs the "View orders" permission. Ask the owner to add it to your role.
- How do I hide the setup checklist?
- Finish the required steps. It disappears when they are all done.
- Why does my dashboard show "Today at the counter"?
- Your store is on the Billing plan, without a website. Tap "See plans" in "Add an online store" to add one.
- Cash in drawer is missing. Why?
- It shows only while a till is open. Open the till on the counter screen.
- Do the numbers update by themselves?
- They are fresh each time you open or reload the dashboard.
