Send a customer a picked list of products
Pick products and quantities, add a title and note, and get one link to send on WhatsApp. The customer opens it at their own prices and adds to cart. You see how many opened it and added to cart.
What Share links are for
A share link is a short list of products you pick for one customer or a group, for example "Diwali bestsellers for you". You send one link on WhatsApp instead of ten photos.
The customer opens the link on your store, sees the products with the quantities you suggested, and adds them to the cart.

Make and send a share link in 4 steps

Add a title and note (optional)
Title, for example "Diwali bestsellers for you". Note, for example "Fresh stock — order by Friday for festival delivery."

Add the products
Search a product and pick it. Change the quantity next to each one if you want to suggest more than 1. Remove one with its ✕.

Create the link
Tap "Create share link". It appears in your list below.

Send it
Tap WhatsApp to open WhatsApp with the title and link ready, or "Copy link" to paste it anywhere.
Each customer sees their own price The link holds only the products and quantities, never a price. A shopper sees your normal prices. An approved wholesale buyer who is signed in sees their wholesale price. So one link is safe to send to anyone.
See if it worked
Each link in the list shows how many times it was opened (views) and how many times something from it was added to a cart.
Stop a link
Revoke stops a link for good. Anyone who opens it after that sees a not-found page. This can't be undone; make a new link if you need it again.
What the labels mean
- Title
- The heading the customer sees, and the first words of the WhatsApp message.e.g. Diwali bestsellers for you
- Note
- A short line under the title.e.g. Order by Friday for festival delivery.
- Quantity
- How many of each product you suggest. The customer can change it in the cart.e.g. 6
- views
- How many times the link was opened.e.g. 14 views
- added to cart
- How many times a product from the link was added to a cart.e.g. added to cart 5

Common questions
- Will a retail customer see my wholesale price?
- No. The link never carries a price. Each person sees the price they are allowed to see.
- Can I edit a link after creating it?
- Not yet. Revoke it and create a new one with the changes.
- Can I send one link to many customers?
- Yes. Copy the link and send it to anyone; each person sees their own prices.
- How do I know if the customer opened it?
- Check views and added to cart under the link in your list.
- What happens after I revoke a link?
- Anyone opening it sees a not-found page. It can't be turned back on.
- Why can't I find a product to add?
- Only active products can be picked. Check that the product isn't hidden or in trash.
