List your products on Google Shopping
Give Google Merchant Center your store's product feed so your retail products can appear in Google Shopping and free product listings. Slaby builds the feed and keeps it current; you paste one URL.
About 20 minutes, plus Google's product review (usually a few days).
Before you start
- A Google Merchant Center account (merchants.google.com).
- Your store opted into the Slaby marketplace (Settings → Marketplace) — the feed carries marketplace-listed products only.
- Products with a retail price and a photo. Trade (wholesale) prices are never put in the feed.
- Owner or manage-settings access to your Slaby admin.
Step by step
- 1
Copy your feed URL
In your Slaby admin
Go to Settings → Marketplace. Turn on marketplace discovery if it is off, then find the Google Merchant Center card and click Copy next to the feed URL.
The card also tells you how many products are currently eligible. If it says none, give your products a retail price and make sure they are active.

Verify and claim your store's website
In Google Merchant Center
In Merchant Center open Business info (Business details) → Website, enter your store address, and verify it. The easiest way is the HTML tag method: Merchant Center gives you a google-site-verification code — paste it into Slaby exactly as described in the Search Console guide. If you already verified the address in Search Console with the same Google account, Merchant Center may accept it automatically.
After verifying, click Claim website.
Google: verify and claim your websiteThe products in the feed link to your yourstore.slaby.in address. Verify and claim that address in Merchant Center, even if you also use your own domain — Google rejects products whose links are on a website you have not claimed.

Add the feed as a scheduled fetch
In Google Merchant Center
Go to Products → Add products → Add products from a file (or Settings → Data sources → Add product source). Choose the option to enter a link to your file, paste the feed URL from Slaby, and set the fetch to run daily.
Pick India as the country and your language when asked.

Fetch now and review issues
In Google Merchant Center
Use Fetch now on the new data source to load products immediately. Then open the Products / Needs attention view to see anything Google wants fixed — usually missing GTIN/brand details, image quality, or policy items.
What to copy where
- From Slaby
https://slaby.in/api/marketplace/feed?store=yourstoreCopy the exact URL from Settings → Marketplace — yourstore is your store's address name.
- Into Merchant Center
- Data source → file link → scheduled fetch, daily
The feed is retail-only by construction: only products with an open retail price are listed. Wholesale and trade prices can never appear in it.
Test it
- 1.After Fetch now, the data source shows the number of products read with no fetch error.
- 2.Within a few days, products move from 'Pending' to 'Approved' or show specific issues to fix.
If something goes wrong
The feed has no products.
Why it happens: Marketplace discovery is off, or no product is active with a retail price.
How to fix it: Turn discovery on in Settings → Marketplace and give products a retail price. The eligible count on the card should go above zero.
Products are rejected for 'unclaimed website' / landing page mismatch.
Why it happens: The website claimed in Merchant Center is not the address the products link to.
How to fix it: Verify and claim yourstore.slaby.in (the address the feed links to), then fetch the feed again.
A product shows a different price than my store.
Why it happens: Google fetched before your latest price change.
How to fix it: Use Fetch now on the data source. The daily fetch keeps it in step from then on.

Common questions
- Does this cost anything?
- Free product listings on Google cost nothing. Shopping ads are paid through Google Ads, separately.
- Will wholesale buyers' prices show on Google?
- Never. The feed only contains open retail prices; trade prices are excluded by design.
- Can I submit a feed without joining the marketplace, with links on my own domain?
- Yes. Settings → Sales channels shows your store's own feed (yourstore.com/feeds/products.xml). It lists your whole retail catalogue whether or not you use the marketplace, and its product links use your store's address — claim that address in Merchant Center.
