Every tool your store can use
Every third-party service a Slaby store can use — payments, your domain, Google and Meta marketing tools, WhatsApp, webhooks and the API — with a step-by-step guide for each one you connect yourself.
Slaby runs the plumbing — email delivery, media hosting, sign-in, bot protection — for every store. What you connect yourself is your own accounts: a payment gateway so buyers' money lands with you, and optionally your domain, marketing tags, Google channels, WhatsApp and developer tools.
Each guide below is written for a shop owner, not a developer: what to click in the other company's dashboard, exactly what to copy from your Slaby admin, and how to check it worked. Every admin screen that connects a service has a Setup guide link back to its page here.

Open the guidePayments
- Razorpay (you connect it) — Takes UPI, card, net-banking and wallet payments at checkout. Money settles into your own Razorpay account. What you do: Create a Razorpay account, paste two keys into Settings → Payments, add one webhook.
- Cashfree Payments (you connect it) — The same job as Razorpay, through Cashfree instead. Choose one gateway per store. What you do: Create a Cashfree account, paste your App ID and Secret Key, pick Sandbox or Production, add one webhook.
Your domain
- Your own domain (any registrar) (you connect it) — Runs your storefront on your own address, like www.yourshop.in, with a free https certificate. What you do: Add the domain in Settings → Custom domains and copy the 2–3 DNS records it shows into your registrar.
Marketing & analytics
- Google Analytics 4 (you connect it) — Measures visits to your storefront in your own Google Analytics account. Your sales numbers stay in your admin's Analytics. What you do: Paste your G- Measurement ID into Settings → Marketing & SEO.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram) (you connect it) — Counts storefront page views for your Facebook and Instagram ads and audiences. What you do: Paste your Pixel ID into Settings → Marketing & SEO.
- Google Ads (you connect it) — Loads your Google Ads tag on every storefront page for measurement and remarketing. What you do: Paste your AW- ID into Settings → Marketing & SEO.
Selling on Instagram & Facebook
- Instagram & Facebook Shop (you connect it) — Puts your retail catalogue in a Meta catalogue so you can tag products in Instagram and Facebook posts and Reels. What you do: Copy the feed URL from Settings → Sales channels into a scheduled data feed in Meta Commerce Manager, and verify your domain.
Selling on Google
- Google Search Console (you connect it) — Shows which Google searches bring buyers to your store and lets you submit your sitemap. What you do: Paste the HTML-tag verification code into Settings → Marketing & SEO, then click Verify in Search Console.
- Google Merchant Center (you connect it) — Lists your retail products on Google Shopping from a feed Slaby keeps up to date. What you do: Copy the feed URL from Settings → Marketplace into a scheduled fetch in Merchant Center.
Messaging & email
- Resend (included, nothing to set up) — Delivers transactional email — order confirmations, status updates, invoices and account mail — from the platform (one of the providers Slaby can run on). What you do: Nothing. Slaby runs this centrally so you do not have to verify a sending domain.
- SendGrid (included, nothing to set up) — An alternative transactional email provider Slaby can run on instead of Resend or Amazon SES; bounces and complaints flow back automatically. What you do: Nothing per store — a platform-level choice. The setup guide is for whoever runs the deployment.
- WhatsApp order notifications (not live yet) — Order and approval updates over WhatsApp, which is where most Indian buyers actually read messages. What you do: Nothing yet. Automatic WhatsApp order updates are not switched on — email is the channel that reaches buyers today. The WhatsApp chat buttons (above) already work.
- WhatsApp chat buttons (you connect it) — An 'Enquire on WhatsApp' button on product pages and an optional floating chat button, opening a chat with your number. What you do: Save your WhatsApp number with +91 as the contact phone in Settings → Branding; optionally switch on the floating button.
- Chat widgets & other scripts (you connect it) — Runs a tool's install snippet (Tawk.to, Crisp, Clarity, Tag Manager…) on every storefront page. What you do: Paste the snippet into Settings → Storefront template → Custom scripts. Live once your store is verified.
Developers
- Webhooks (you connect it) — Pushes signed order and product events to your ERP, Zapier, Make or n8n the moment they happen. What you do: Add an https URL and pick events in Settings → Webhooks; verify the signature in your receiver.
- Store API (you connect it) — Read-only access to your catalogue (retail prices), orders and returns, plus optional store-credit issuing. What you do: Create a key with only the scopes you need in Settings → API keys.
Sign-in
- Google Sign-In (included, nothing to set up) — Lets buyers and staff sign in with a Google account instead of creating another password. What you do: Nothing. It is available on every store.
Media & performance
- Amazon S3 (included, nothing to set up) — Stores and serves your product photographs, logos and documents quickly and reliably. What you do: Nothing. Uploading an image in the admin is the whole workflow.
- Cloudflare R2 (included, nothing to set up) — An alternative media store Slaby can run against, used the same way as S3. What you do: Nothing — a platform-level choice, invisible to your store.
Security
- Cloudflare Turnstile (included, nothing to set up) — Keeps bots out of sign-up, contact and access-request forms without making real people solve puzzles. What you do: Nothing. It protects every store automatically.
- Upstash Redis (included, nothing to set up) — Rate-limits sensitive endpoints so a flood of requests cannot overwhelm your store or brute-force a login. What you do: Nothing.
Common questions
- Which integrations do I have to set up myself?
- Only the payment gateway is needed to take online payments — you bring your own Razorpay or Cashfree account so payments settle directly to you. Your own domain, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Search Console, Merchant Center, WhatsApp chat, custom scripts, webhooks and the API are optional, each with its own guide. Email delivery, media hosting, sign-in and bot protection are run by Slaby with nothing for you to configure.
- Do I need a developer to connect a payment gateway?
- No. It means copying two keys from your gateway dashboard into your Slaby admin and adding one webhook URL. There is no code involved, and the step-by-step guides cover every screen.
- Does Slaby charge commission on my sales?
- No. Buyers pay directly into your own gateway account and the gateway settles to your bank. Slaby never holds your money. You pay your gateway's fees and your Slaby subscription, nothing else.
