Load your Google Ads tag on every storefront page so Google can measure visits from your ads and build remarketing audiences. Paste one AW- ID into Slaby — no code.
About 10 minutes.
In Google Ads
In Google Ads, go to Tools → Data Manager, click Manage next to Google tag, open the tag and look under Tag details for an ID starting with AW-.
If the tag there only shows an ID starting GT- or G-, open Goals → Conversions → Summary, click any conversion action, open Tag setup and choose to install the tag yourself or with Google Tag Manager. The Conversion ID shown there is a number — your Google Ads ID is AW- followed by that number.
Google: find the Google tag IDIn your Slaby admin
Go to Settings → Marketing & SEO, paste it into Google Ads tag id, and click Save.
If you also use Google Analytics, fill in both — Slaby loads one shared Google tag for them.
In Google Tag Assistant
Open tagassistant.google.com, enter your store address and click Connect. Your AW- tag should be listed as found on the page.
Google: troubleshoot with Tag AssistantGoogle Ads ID — AW-XXXXXXXXXThe tag records page visits for measurement and remarketing. Slaby does not send a purchase conversion event yet, so a 'Purchase' conversion action will show no conversions — import goals from Google Analytics or use page-visit audiences meanwhile.
Why it happens: A GT-, G- or plain-number value was pasted, or the conversion label (the part after a slash) was included.
How to fix it: Paste only AW- and the number — for example AW-123456789, without /abcDEF labels.
Why it happens: No storefront visits since you saved it, or an ad blocker blocked it while you tested.
How to fix it: Visit your storefront in a normal browser window and check again after a few hours.
