See who is signed in, and sign any device out
Every time someone signs in to your admin, a session is listed here with when it started and when it ends. Sign out a lost phone or an old employee's laptop with one tap.
What this page is for
A session is one signed-in browser or app. Each row is one sign-in to your store's admin, newest first, up to the last 100.
Use it when a phone is lost, a laptop is shared, or a staff member has left. You need the Manage users permission.
Sign a device out in 3 steps
- 1
Find the session
Admin sessions
Look for the person's name with State Active. Signed in shows when that device signed in.
- 2
Tap Sign out
Actions → Sign out
The device is signed out at once. Its next click goes to the login page. The row now shows Revoked.
- 3
Stop them signing in again (if needed)
Team → Deactivate, or change the password
Sign out ends that session only. If they know the password, change it on Team, or Deactivate the person if they have left.

- When this session ends by itself and asks for a fresh sign-in.e.g. A session past this time shows Expired.

A support row you didn't expect? Support sessions are started by Slaby's support team, usually when you have asked for help. If you see one you didn't expect, sign it out and write to support.

Common questions
- I lost my phone. What do I do?
- Open Admin sessions on another device, find your sessions marked Active and tap Sign out on each. Then change your password.
- A staff member left. Is Sign out enough?
- No. Sign out ends their current sessions only. Also tap Deactivate on their row in Team, so they can't sign in again.
- What does the support badge mean?
- Slaby support signed in to help you. Those sessions can't change payment settings or domains, or download a full backup.
- Why are there so many rows?
- Every sign-in makes a row, on every phone and computer. Old ones show Expired and need no action.
- Can I see my own sessions?
- Yes. Your own sign-ins are listed too. Signing out the one you're using now logs you out.
- Can I see where (city or IP) a session came from?
- No. The page shows who, when it started and when it ends.
- Who can open this page?
- Anyone whose role has Manage users, usually only owners.
- Does signing someone out lose their work?
- Saved work stays. Anything typed but not yet saved on that device is lost when they're sent to the login page.
