Change many products at once, like Excel
Every product as a spreadsheet row: type to change a price, copy a column in from your sheet, fill down, raise prices by a percentage and undo. Size and colour prices have their own Variants view.
What Bulk edit is for
Bulk edit shows your whole catalogue as a sheet: one row per product, one column per field. Open it with "Bulk edit" on the Products page.
Changes save by themselves as you go. You don't need a Save button. Watch the note at the top: it shows "Saving…" and then "All changes saved".
There are two tabs. Products has one row per product. Variants has one row per size or colour, and that is where you change variant prices.
- You need the "Edit products" permission to open it.
- The Wholesale column shows only to staff with "View wholesale prices".
- The sheet shows up to 1,000 products (or 2,000 variants). With more, use the column filters to narrow the list.
- On a phone, every row is a card you can edit by tapping a field.

The Variants tab: prices for sizes and colours
A product with sizes or colours is priced per size. In the Products tab its price and stock cells are locked; typing there shows "This product is priced per variant — switch to the Variants view (tab above) to bulk-edit its prices."
Click the Variants tab. Every size or colour is its own row, with Product, Variant, SKU, Wholesale, Retail, MRP and Stock. Change the prices there, one by one or with the bulk bar.
Change many rows together (the bulk bar)
Tick the box at the start of the rows you want, or the box in the header for all rows shown. A bar appears with these buttons:
- Adjust price: type a percentage. 10 raises every selected price by 10%; -5 lowers it by 5%. It changes the first price column in the sheet (Wholesale, or Retail if you can't see Wholesale).
- Add tag: adds one tag to every selected row.
- Set active / Set inactive: puts the rows on sale or hides them.
- Delete: moves the rows to Trash. You can undo it straight away with Ctrl+Z, or restore them later from Products → Trash.
Check the filter before you adjust prices Adjust price changes every selected row. Filter first (for example one category), tick the rows, then adjust. If the result is wrong, press Ctrl+Z straight away to undo the whole change.
Bring in cells from a spreadsheet
Copy cells in Google Sheets or Excel, click the first cell where they should go, and press Ctrl+V. The cells fill to the right and down from there, in the same order.
To copy one value down a column, select the cells and press Ctrl+D. Ctrl+R copies the left cell to the right.
Values that don't fit a column, like text in a price, are not saved and the cell shows why.

Each change saves on its own. If one fails, for example because the internet dropped, the cell shows a red mark with the reason. Click it to try again.
If someone else changed the same product in another window, the row is marked "Changed elsewhere". Reload the page to see the latest values.
Use "Save view" to remember your column filters and layout on this device, and "Compact rows" or "Comfortable rows" to change the row height.
