Sell through Instagram, Facebook and Google
Your link-in-bio page for Instagram, and the product feed that lets you tag products in Instagram and Facebook posts and Reels and list them on Google — with counts that show what is left out and why.
What this page is for
Two cards help you sell where your buyers already are. "Link in bio (Instagram)" is one page with your shop, WhatsApp, order tracking and your favourite products, made for your Instagram bio. "Instagram & Facebook catalog (Meta)" is your product feed for Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center.
Below them, the switch "Product feed for Instagram, Facebook & Google" turns the feed on or off.
- You need the "Manage settings" permission.
- Only the retail prices every visitor sees go in the feed. Trade prices never do.

Check the counts here
"Products in the feed" shows how many go out. "Last fetched by Meta" shows when Meta last downloaded the feed. It can lag by a few hours.
Link in bio
Copy "Your link-in-bio page" and paste it in your Instagram bio: Edit profile → Links → Add external link. "Open the page" shows it as buyers see it.
Pick up to 12 products to show first. Search, add, move them up or down, then press "Save pinned products". Your featured collections appear below them by themselves.
Visits from this page show up as "instagram / bio" in your campaign analytics.
Your product feed
The feed lives on your own store address at /feeds/products.xml. Meta and Google both accept it.
"Left out" tells you why some products are not in the feed: hidden, no photo, or no retail price. Fix those products and they join the feed the next time Meta or Google fetches it.
Your product pages also share price and stock with Instagram and Facebook when a link is posted.
Wholesale-only store? There is no public feed If your store shows prices only to approved buyers, the card says there is no public catalogue to share and Instagram can't link your products. Choose Retail or Both under "Who do you sell to?" in Settings → Storefront template to use product links.
The feed switch
"Product feed for Instagram, Facebook & Google" is on by default. Off: Meta and Google get nothing, and the card says the feed is switched off.
